Trace of pink on my toilet paper this morning. My heart fell when I saw it. I'm a couple of days past 12 weeks, and I don't know what -- or how bad -- faint spotting might be at this point.
Trying to stay calm, but am scared. Doctor's office doesn't open for an hour, and I'm supposed to be at a meeting then. Maybe I'll call in sick.
Please, please, let this be nothing.

UPDATE:
Finally spoke with the nurse this morning, who told me just to keep an eye on the spotting. I'm not supposed to do anything more strenuous than I would normally during my daily routine, and I'm to call her if it turns red or if I have cramping.
And that's it! What does a girl have to do to get seen by these people? No heartbeat at home? Don't worry about it. Pink spotting? Keep an eye on it. And we'll see you at your next regular appointment, which isn't for a week and a half.
She also told me to drink lots of water, which I do anyway, but now I'll drink more. I have no idea how this relates to spotting, but I do what I'm told. *glug glug glug*
Sigh. Thank you for your kind comments. I am trying not to stress out, but it's hard.
I'm hoping and praying that this is normal and means nothing. I am so sorry you have to deal with this.

I am here too, holding vigil, hoping for the best. Geesh, what has a girl to do to get a scan???? Maybe call them back and be forceful about it? Or maybe head to the ER? After all, it is for your sanity.
Pulling for you and thinking of you,
Janet

Absolutely terrified for you. I had spotting and then gushes and then more spotting at 14 weeks and was told to drink 1.5 gallons of water and that seemed to help, although I was a bit curious as to what that much water would be good for.
I hope it goes away completely and never, ever bothers you again. Fingers crossed, breath is held.
Best wishes to you.

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this.
I had a bleeding episode that started bright red and then went to brown for a week. When it first started, they told me to take it easy and to drink lots of water. As I thought about it that morning, I put two and two together and realized that I had been so dehydrated the night before the bleeding started that I drank a 16 oz bottle of water in about a minute and never had to wake up that night to go pee. Wouldn't you know it, the next morning blood. My doc never did see/find a reason for it and it did eventually stop.
Because of my experience, I do think there's a connection between dehydration and spotting/bleeding so please do drink lots and lots of water, even if you're already drinking tons of it.
Know that I'm thinking of you and hoping for the best.

I really like that video. I'm now bemused that I can get ANY video clip from the game. That is really, really cool. I really love the song "You Are My Sanctuary" from bits from the beginning, and it's good to be able to hear it again and again.
